Mr. Shiv Chandra Rai is the Coordinator of the foundation. He has a very rich experience of past 16 years. He is the promoter of the Foundation. Also, he has extensive idea of cleanliness, hygiene, cleaning works, and in association with local bodies for public safe access of public toilets. He works organizing cleaning campaigns, associating, integrating not only local peoples but also from other State with the Foundation. His sheer dedication and hard work towards the foundation which takes foundation to a different level.

Strongly believes MURLI MANOHAR director of the foundation. His stint in the cleaning industry began at a young age, and over the years with his sheer dedication and hard work he is now at the helm of the organization as Director handling the Cleaning of Cities-Department.
His dynamism reflects in his process driven and optimum result-oriented approach. Being a people’s person, he takes immense efforts in implementing organizational values whilst creating a harmonious working atmosphere within the foundation workforce. With his assertive attitude he tackles day-to-day challenges with ease.

Smt, Parvati negi is the chairman of the foundation of uttrakhand state. She is one of the early member of the foundation.She is from Rishikesh near Ganga river in Uttrakhand. She was hurt to see the filth of the Ganga river. Then she decided to clean the Ganga river and its surrounding area.
